Global recession no more?
It was early 2009 when recession in America was formally announced. As the world welcomed 2010, there are hopes that we will finally say goodbye to global recession and pick up where we left off, so to speak. There are considerable factors to the hope. More jobs are made available even to respond to the new graduates of this year. Although of course, it cannot be expected that there will be 1:1 perfect rating.
Companies are even more keen now in choosing their staff, leveling up to a better employee screening method. This allows for their company to lower its percentage of turn over. This is especially true for call center and BPO companies. But all in all, as compared to last year’s going, the world is doing a lot better now than 2009.
