A chubby child ≠ a healthy child

People on the heavy side may be born with it (genes) or just started wrong (infant diet brought on towards adulthood). Whatever the cause may be, it is a fact that weight issues is predominant amongst even our preteeners, even children who are yet in their toddlerhood stage. This is why weight loss products are abundant in the market nowadays.

If it’s genes, the best you can do is take control of what you can and watch your diet. But if you are a parent, you have to keep in mind that a chubby child does equate to a healthy child. As tempting as it is, we should help ourselves and take note of this fact.
