Keeping a bathroom scale

Age and weight issues seem to go hand in hand as the numbers to our years progress. It has become “the inevitable,” as they say. But this does not mean that we have to stick to this and not do anything about our health anymore. While metabolism can slow down drastically as we age, we should all the more be vigilant to keep healthy by choosing the right foods and watching our weight.

Some use bathroom scales to keep themselves in check. This does not necessarily follow that we obsess over our weight. But just to check and evaluate our habits, eating and exercise, if any. And even get us to start on a workout.
