Age and weight issues seem to go hand in hand as the numbers to our years progress. It has become “the inevitable,” as they say. The Wellness Generation. It is one phrase I have been hearing about and apparently the current generation is tagged with. Advocacies and fun runs are being organized with a theme surrounding “wellness” and being environment friendly. While it is obvious that some brands are just going with the flow. A lot has been said about the benefits of lemongrass juice. It is rich in anti-oxidant, for one.
