With a lot of great and satisfying products claiming to be effective, still there are some that causes injury such as toys, windows, defective vehicles that has seat belt failure, tires, etc. In other occurrences, there are medical products, surgical tools and even dangerous drugs that can lead damage to a person’s health.

We brought our Canon Powershot A620 to Canon Service Center in Makati last July 4, 2009. They gave us this Canon button pin with their telephone number on it and the agent who accommodated us said to wait for 3 days for our digital camera’s problem to be diagnosed and they will call us. 3 days came and eventually a week, no call was received.
