After typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana), it is not surprising to find that by the time we were able to have our car towed to the repair shop, we were behind several other cars. The car repair business has suddenly boomed and their services aren’t needed as much as they are now. Basic stuff has to come first, like getting the flood water flushed from the gas tank and everywhere else it could have seeped in.
