My Eee PC My Life Blogging is being hosted to give voice to all EEE PC lovers in the country. It is about blogging one’s life experiences with his/her EEE PC. How they live their daily lives, travelled the world and still got connected with their EEEs.

ASUS Philippines was the first to launch this kind of marketing initiative among its ASUS offices in different countries. One of Kanin Club’s specialty is Crispy Dinuguan.  It might look like your regular Dinuguan viand, but it’s more than just pork and innards enveloped in blood pudding. The pork that they use for this dish is perfectly fried chicharon that there is no way to miss out who ordered the same menu from across the table.

True to their claim that even the non-dinuguan eaters become converts. It’s a great dish all right, but a little too much for me. It’s not the healthiest dish, to be sure. But it sure is a refreshing change for a dinuguan recipe. Once in a while indulgence shouldn’t hurt. :-) Otherwise, you might as well get hold of your favorite weight loss pills to neutralize its effect. This dish has an elaborate taste, perfectly served with lotsa rice with it. You can find Kanin Club in U.P. Ayala Techno Hub along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City.

Kanin Club’s Crispy Dinuguan costs P261 (approx. $6) and could easily feed 3 to 4 people. We were three when we ate in but we still had to take out more than half of the batch.
