When the two companies merged, he headed its strategic planning division and established the Vietnam Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. In Vietnam, he built strong distributor, dealer, and support networks and was responsible for the branches’ substantial growth.

We brought our Canon Powershot A620 to Canon Service Center in Makati last July 4, 2009. They gave us this Canon button pin with their telephone number on it and the agent who accommodated us said to wait for 3 days for our digital camera’s problem to be diagnosed and they will call us. 3 days came and eventually a week, no call was received.

My husband went to back to Canon Service center in Pasong Tamo, Makati after exactly a week. And guess what they said happened to our unit? A week has passed and it is still on queue! How hard is it for these servicing people to contact us and update us, given that they are telling their clients of a particular number of days! If they know they will not be able to deliver, then it is just right for their customers to be given a heads up. Antipolo is not exactly a stone’s throw away from Makati.

If that was not bad enough, two weeks has passed since and we still have not heard from them. I have no choice but to tag Canon Philippines a crappy service center.
